Adsense Account canceled

I had an adsense account 3 years ago. My account was canceled for inactivity click. well i did not read the TOS. it was so dum of me. i tried to appeal but it was of no use
Can I start a new account with a different email address. I will be having the same old address.

I wouldn't see why not. Maybe if it got canceled for doing something wrong, yeah. However, since you just were inactive they should easily allow you to make a new account when you explain the situation to them.

Oh I didn't know that it will expire or get canceled for inactivity. No your not dumb. I myself also is not reading the TOS. Haha. And I don't know neither what to do with it to stay active. Anyway I hope you can do what you want with it again. I think you're free to start a new account again. Good luck to you.
