wHAT is the best or most used application in facebook

I don't think it's neccessarily the best, but I'm pretty sure that Farmville is one of the most addicting and popular games on Facebook if you don't count the Applications Facebook itself makes. I also strongly recommend "Greenbook" if you want to add applications; it can help "save" the environment by purchasing carbon credits but it's free for the users.
