I find the bureaucracy in our university pretty serious. Almost every time I go to an university office to ask for help I face the cold faces. I find that those people working in those offices are very easy to get angry and most of time they won't give you any help before saying some unpleasant words! Usually I cannot get the help unless I go there several times to bother them. There is something wrong this time and there is something else wrong the second time. In a word, I can never get the thing done once, they always have excuses to refuse to offer tou any help. I seldom not get angry when I go there although I always pay much attention to my manner. Did you find the same situation in your university?

Yes, I can't agree with you amy more. In our country, China, the bureaucracy in most universities pretty serious. You see, they often establish criteria for rewarding professors and organizational processes that have little to do with developing a real university based on values of freedom and responsibility. A model for a creative university shoule be based on those values is presented and contrasted with educational bureaucracies. But now, more and more universities are full of bureaucracy and lose the creativity. Happy myLotting!

Hi songbaofang. Well, I do agreed with that. In my university also this situations happens. They easily get angry if we done some mistakes and make their work more difficult. I don't if this happens because just some workers only or most of them are just like that.
