Unverified Alertpay Account ?

I can not figure out why my Alertpay Account until now still not verified. I already send my bank statement and it says only 10 days to process but it takes already 4 months until this moment my account is not yet verified. Can unverified Alertpay account recieve payment? myLotter ! can some share their experience verifying their account in Alertpay? Thanks

Have they not got a contact that you could write to and ask?

I email Alertpay but i got not reply from them, i am afraid if my personal information will be used for fraud. Thanks to your reply and by the way are you a member of alertpay? Unlike paypal unverified account is to easy and very quick to verify.
