She should not give him a second chance. If he loved her or respected her at all he would have never cheated on her. He hurt her and he betrayed her trust, and if she forgives him and gives him another chance he is just going to do it again. I'm sure there are plenty of men out there who will treat her well, and she should give one of them a chance.
