Has anyone experienced single sided whole body numbness from Tetanus shot?

I had a tetanus shot on friday, and after that just the should was sore, but eveyrthing else was fine. But now most of my left side is numb feeling, including my hip. Is this caused by the mercury or the vaccine itself? Anyway even the left side of my head doesn't feel good. What can I do? anything i can eat or do to help this. Feel poisoned on the left side :(
