I have tried making chocolates at home but I never get that shine that one sees in shops. Is there anyone here who knows how to get this shine? The chocolates that I make are no doubt tasty but they do not look good.
The shine is caused by the butter they put in. It adds shine. Try to add a little butter in your batter or chocolate. It works well with chocolate icing too.
