Capcha codes. Do they need to be so difficult?

I hate to go to PTC sites where I have to put a lot of letters and numbers (some that I don´t even see well) just to click a couple of ads. Do you think this is necessary? Wouldn´t a clear, small, code be enough? What do you think of this and how do you feel about it? Do you know why they do it? Share

With all the internet users that try to cheat the sites that they are on, I understand the necessity of the codes. However, I agree with you that some are so difficult to see that I can't possibly figure them out. Many give you the option of bringing up another code to use or they actually have the voice option so you can hear the number and/or letters to put in. These codes actually help to keep the websites safe and honest, but I do agree that they are annoying. If I am on a good paying site, I really don't mind them too much.

I´m on several sites. Some good paying sites don´t seem to need such difficult to read codes to keep away from the hackers. Codes are needed, but they don´t have to be difficult to read. That doesn´t add an extra problem to the hacker but it does to the poor members.
