Smoking - Why a Smoker cannot stop smoking inspite of too many campaigns?

Are you aware to this lines "Smoking is dangerous to your health". Despite of, people dont quit smoking. Hence, they just read and ignore it. Now a days, a lot of campaigns and advertisements has been spread out to help people to quit this habit but still they continue to disregard it. They dont pay attention to it, and, they tend to continue smoking. Thus, sometimes, I cannot rid of thinking, inspite of too many campaigns and advertisement, a smoker wont like to quit smoking.
