Neobux members have you see "The 5th Ad"?

I was clicking ads on Neobux and saw this called the 5th ad. Somebody wants to sponsor a fifth ad on Neobux and asked people to donate. There is also a survey where 1 person will win a thousand dollars. I took the survey but was wondering if it was a scam. Have you seen it? What do you think?
