cashmailz is not paying!

i tried hard to reach the pay out in this site since i trust the site to pay me. but unfortunately it just frustrate me. so far i had been scammed by 5 sites already. i just hope i knew how to identify these sites so i wont' be wasting my effort in them. is there anyone here who has experience on this site?
