Is the economy affecting your job?

I know that some people's jobs are more affected by the economy than others... I was just wondering if your's is one of them?
My fiance is a truck driver and has taken a huge pay cut since the economy has went downhill.... the past few months it has stabilized, declined, then stabilized, then reaised, then declined and now we are waiting for it to stabilize again. This time of year is slow for his company anyway.... but we are hoping for the best.... he has taken a 42% paycut in the past year and a half and we are hoping for a rebound soon.... are you in the same boat?

I lost my job a couple of months ago because if the stinking economy. I keep saying that things have to turn around eventually. Somethings gotta give right? I just wonder how bad things will get before that happens. Everytime I turn around it seems like more people are losing their jobs.

I think every kind of jobs in this world are affected by the economic crisis. No one will say, even the richest man, if this economic crisis can't affecting his business or his job. As a common employee, i think we all should understand that we all know are facing an uncertain future of our life. No one can really making a long term planning for their life from now on with accuracy up to 90%, especially is it's regarding with a big planning. Nowadays i think everyone are living their life with less hope but more work. This is very important because during this recession era, everything become very expensive but it's getting even harder for earning even few money for daily life. That's why we shouldn't spending our money for useless needs. Have a nice day and happy mylotting.
