Do you help your wife in cooking?

I love cooking. On weekend days i help my wife in kitchen and sometimes i cook independently. That becomes more of fun in my house.
Do you help your wife in cooking? How frequently?

yes i do and sometime i do cook myself and as well doing the cleaning too
