Where can u watch English movies for FREE

I wanna watch movies for free. I don't mind paying an amount to get membership in a site. But it must be only for membership and not for downloading each and every movie into my PC.
I mainly wanna watch the movies Cruel Intentions 2 & 3
I have already watched Cruel Intentions and now I wanna watch 2 n 3.
Please recommend me a good site from which u can download English movies for FREE and where can I watch the movies Cruel Intentions 2 and 3?

I reckon the best way to watch free movies by downloading them is to watch them by downloading it through torrent sites. Sites such as Mininova or Fenopy.com are very nice torrent sites and you can download movies for free considering the seeds ratio for maximum downloading speeds. I have downloading many movies from these sites and they work very well and are in fine print quality. Try downloading from these sites!!

u can use torrents than register in a site which needs money.
u can download the torrent file of the movies from any site like torrentz.com
u need utorrent or bittorrent like applications to work on that torrent file,u can download the file through them.
opera too supports download through torrent
