CNN has changed the story but how hilarious.

This is the best part:
"We aren't asking you to switch your party," Biden said at a rally for Democrat Bill Owens in Watertown, New York Monday morning. "We are just saying join us in teaching a lesson to those absolutists who say no dissent is permitted within your own party."
That's a very funny line coming from the administration that brooks no dissent from anyone. If your neighbor speaks dissent on health care, they ask you to inform on him and send them his name. If a network dares to speak dissent or question Obama, they ban them from press conferences. They've gone after not just Fox News but Edmunds.com and the AP as well when they didn't like what they had to say. If the American people disagree with anything coming out of Congress or the White House they are called "angry mobs" and "right wing extremists" and "astroturf".
But the truly and unmistakable "Joe" thing about it all is that there isn't any Republican running in the 23rd district any more. The excessively liberal Republi an dropped out and the choices are the Democrat or the 3rd party Conservative candidate.
If it weren't for Joe Biden, there wouldn't be any comic relief in this administration.

Now the question is was it a misprint in the prompter or a wish slipping past the lips of an anchor man who is supposed to be neutral?
