Hot Pot

Hotpot, that sounds really familiar to me. Is it a sort of Suki Yaki type where there is a pot and you can choose the types of meat/fish and vegetables and put them in a hot pot. While there are also various Dim Sums and Sushi's available ? If it is that Hotpot then I'd advise you to bring an empty stomach since it's a Buffet.

We have pot luck where our families will get together and every family has to bring a meal in a pot. That sound like a hot pot to me. They are a lot of fun and you can sometimes, well okay, you always leave stuffed.
