hi, i have posted on how to get verified on paypal. this is only for paypal philippines,two options now to choose.verify using eon visa and verify using smart money card. if you are already a verified user using eon visa debit card you can still check it out using smart money card.i have posted it in my blog and also some sites that paid me using paypal.link is in my profile.
