Is ur servant-maid trust worthy ladies?

Hi friends, I've a servant-maid in my home... i guess she's some 3 or 4th servant for the past two months.. Nowadays most of the servants are taking watever they see in our house...not genuine.. not trustworthy.. Ofcourse, this's my view... wat do u say friends? hope ladies will be having more experience in this .. cheers, priya
