what's the leader board at the bottom of the page,and how do you get on it,also the people that are on it,i don't see starting any discussions,why

I've been here.. for almost a year and i still don't really know for sure how to answer your question. I think it's the person with the most top-rated discussions or responses in the section. I don't think you necessarily need to START discussions to be the most-top-rated member of a section, although I definitely think you have to respond to them.
