Do you like to follow others on Twitter or do you prefer people to follow you?

Well I've been hearing a lot about twitter and I thought it was like a baby shop or a brand new invented candy sweet. It was only last week that someone was telling me what twitter was and how addicted he is to it. So after constantly nagging me about it I decided to sign up. I didn't invite anybody to follow me but today I was shocked to see about 7 people following me! So I'm just getting the hang of things at the moment So for those of you who are experts at twitting hey I invite you to follow me http://twitter.com/income_news and like wise I'll follow you. (NOT A REFERRAL LINK!!) This is one sweet that I'm enjoying at the moment So how did your twitter story start? Do you like following people on twitter or do you prefer others to follow you?

I signed up because somebody asked me and if somebody I know follows me, I follow them. But I don't really do much over there. PS looks like notifications aren't working again...

Us "normal" people don't Twitter! We're twits, but we don't Twitter. There's a big difference between the two. I'd share the differences, but this might make me seem to be not normal and I have to keep up the stereotype.

I don't see the attraction to be honest Irish. It's like SMS messaging, but online focused and with less characters available. Here are some Twitter examples for you: I'm taking a dump. The porcelain is icy against my skin. The dog just farted. It stinks! My nuts are tingling and I just bought bacon. A car just drove past me and the wheels are turning! Fascinating stuff yes?
