what is going on with paidtoviewtube.com?

It seems that paid to view tube.com is dead for a whole week already. I was going to click those ads on its official site. It just won't load up the whole page, instead, it was just its logo. I just wonder if they are under some sort of re - construction, or they simply close out? Does anyone have any idea?

It works for me type in silver.paidtoviewtube.com.(NOT REF LINK)But when I type in just plain paidtoviewtube.com it pulls up what you're talking about.
