How much exercise should one get to stay fit?

Just this past year, I quit playing volleyball, which was the one thing that kept me fit pretty much year round. Now that I haven't played much, I've been feeling the little flub around my once trimmed waist. I want to get back into shape and stuff, but have been wayyyyyyy too busy to even stop and do some crunches! How much exercise should I do a day? Better yet, how many times a week? Fitness trainers out there?

I thing you can do just fifteen minutes free hand exercise to keep you fit. I thing it is very tittle time for a man within twenty four hours. I you spend just fifteen minutes per day you have to stay busy hundred and five minutes in a week.

To be fit you dont have only lots of exercise. You have to improve you health. Eating habits is also a answer. better to be healthy in choosing the food you can eat. They you dont have to enroll in any gym. Clean your car if you have it, clean your backyard, clean your house, swipe the floor, wash your clothes and so on. In that activities you help yourself and save lots of money. Visit my website: http://www.perfectdiet.multiply.com
