How many hours /Minutes in a day are positive about your life ?

I definately try to be positive as much as possible however there are times when its not so easy ya know..thats just human nature in the western world really...I'd say though that a good 85-90% of the time I'm a very positive person....Even when I see the negative I can see positive IN that negative if that makes sense..

I am positive 90% of the times. It’s a conscious decision and a regular endeavour with me. I’ve seen that being negative only drags me down further but being positive, while not changing the world for me, yet gives my mind a feeling of peace which helps me to focus on the problematic areas and either accept them and move on or find solutions for them.
