How to losing weight?

I am obessed by the weight for many years.And I tried a lot of ways to lose weight.In the past time,I wanted to lose weight by doing sports,such as jogging,running,playing badmiton and so on.I did exercisework for one week,and at last,I can't keep on. Besides I tryied to eat less,eat more vegetables,less meat,and also i keep this diet for three or four days.In the end ,i failed. Who can tell me more efficient way or healthier way? Thank you very much.

Hello Zhugeyuexin and welcome to my lot. I was obese a few years ago and I seen a commercial about Special K if you eat a bowl for breakfast and one for lunch you will lose weight in 2 weeks. I thought oh heck I will give this a try and I stuck with it for over a year and lost so much weight that people I knew back a couple of years ago don't even recognize me. This person I hadn't seen in a few years seen me in the parking lot of this store and I said hello and they didn't even know who I was. We talked a few moments and got a real good laugh about it. I didn't really get into the exercise work outs, no we pick up 100lbs rocks of all shapes and sizes. We also pick up gravel and dirt and work really hard in our yard and it is a good work out. Try it and see if you stick to this one it worked for me. Have a great day!
