How to handle our Bosses during office hours ?

Hi friends,
My Boss is really a stupid. He wants to say "yes" to whatever he says.
It might by highly idiotic. I found really hectic to tackle that idiot. How do u manage ur boss. Give me some tactics to handle the bosses.
