Do you Like the new Christmas Studio ID of ABSCBN, Bro, Ikaw ang star ng Pasko?

I have just recently watched the new Christmas ID of ABSCBN and I admit I got teary eyed watching it because the song lyrics fits us Filipinos perfectly because we have weathered a lot of powerful storms the past few months. I am very proud of the Filipino spirit because despite the hardships, we continue to give love to each and everyone depicting that Christmas isn't just a one time of the year. Anyway, even though the Christmas ID is missing some of ABSCBN's known celebrities like Kris Aquino, Willie Revillame and Sharon Cuneta, I believe that the video still made an impact. Yeah, it's nice. I also got teary eyed when I saw Dolphy. He's getting really old. I always look forward to seeing ABS CBN's xmas theme and summer theme. I don't really mind that Willie Revillame wasn't there. He doesn't really have an impact on me. LOL!

Me also. I don't mind his absence. I find Willie Revillame faking his emotions, it's so obvious it's a crocodile tears. Yes, Dolphy is getting old and i think his the oldest talent(male) in ABS-CBN? ABS-CBN excel in making station ID's.

I don't mind his absence too but I just thought he would be there since he hosts ABSCBN's staple noontime show. I am surprised though that Kris Aquino and Sharon Cuneta is not there especially Kris Aquino because she is in in a lot of Kapamilya shows. I know Dolphy is going to be there because he usually has more screen time in ABSCBN's station IDs.

I like it so much I nearly cry almost everytime I see it or hear the song . They really came up with a good one this year and most appropriate after all our Filipino brothers and sisters went through this year. Makes me so proud to be Filipino and to know that Filipinos will always be ready to help in times of need. I love it !

Thanks Ayenacsi, I feel the same way every time I watch this video because it really gives all of us Pinoys a sense of hope after all the typhoons and flooding that came to our country. It really proves that the bayanihan spirit is very much alive during these modern times.

I actually think it is the best station ID that they have done. It really captures what all Filipinos are feeling right now and instills in us nationalistic pride.

i got to watched it yesterday and i find it heartwarming. the lyrics and music really blend together and a lot of singers participated in singing the song. :D it's very catchy and it really suites to the situation that Philippines is facing right now. it inspires a lot of individuals especially those who were unaware of the real situation that have been happening in our country.

I totally agree. We have to give props to the songwriters though. Lyrics are written by Robert G. Labayen and Music by Marcus and Amber Davis.

When it comes to station ID ABS-CBN always stand. They know how touch their viewers heart and also they always give inspiration to everyone. Despite of the trials we've been through we are still able to stand, hope and smile.

I actually think this is the best Station ID they did. My other favorite is their One Team One Summer Station ID but even if that was good, it failed in comparison to this one because of the message it brings.

Their station Id was indeed well done. It really touched my heart and i keep on humming the song even if i don't know the lyrics yet. i really love the part were the kids of goin' bulilit sang..i got goose bumps at first :D It is really very nice..i wonder if the other networks will also do their station ID's for Christmas.

I agree that the Going Bulilit Kids part is the most heartwarming and genuine. I think GMA would probably produce a Christmas station ID as well but usually ABSCBN's station IDs are better.
