Why do people exist?

Have you ever wondered why we even exist? I am not very religious but my personal opinion is god created us because he wants to have some one to accompany him through eternity. An entire eternity could definitel be boring if you are all alone right? For me, the reason why we cannot stop interacting with one another is because we were created in god's form. What do you guys think?

I am atheist so I don't believe in a god or deity. Humans and all other animals on the Earth, in my opinion, where created from a massive fluke starting with the big bang and the forming of our planet. The odds are so tiny for this type of thing to happen considering all the factors; our atmosphere, our size, proximity to the sun, our suns size etc. A massive fluke resulting with us, unfortunately we waste our lives and take many.

I also agree with Iriscot. It will not make sense if we were just created from a fluke. I mean, I can handle that we might (and probably) came from apes that came from a tiny being called cells but I do not think we were made because there was a fluke. I think that we have been created by a being that has the ability to create and that we call him/her god. I also believe that god is our savior and that there is a heaven because if there isn't then there would ultimately be no use for the beings called humans at all.

Everybody is entitled to their opinion and I'm sticking to mine.
