Thats just crazy. If that is the case, how will you make "the man" pay? What about people that dont make as much as their neighbor? Are you saying that we should have a fair tax? How is that fair to the entitlement generation? Next thing you know, you will be saying that people should be responsible for themselves, their own welfare and happiness? Who is going to give me gas money? Pay my mortgage? cover my health care?

I'm in favor of the gov't slashing their budget to bits, and giving us all a nice big tax cut!!!!
till then, there's no reason for us to be arguing over who should be paying what. it doesn't matter, since they are spending way more than any of us could actually give them. They'll just shift the extra expense onto our kids and grandkids. and, I don 't think anyone can argue with the idea that we should be imposing the tax on future generations that went to our spending sprees!!!
Maybe we should impose of 90% tax on the politicians for awhile....
maybe then, they would get the message?

That's right! A famous verse says "from who do men gather taxes, from their own children, or from other's chioldren" - that's pretty much the same as from their selves or from others.. That, I'd say is a big part of the problem!

I'm in favor of the Fair Tax which is a national sales tax. It would replace the income tax. Since it's the same for everybody, citizen and non citizen alike, I have no problem with all of us being taxed at the same rate.

Flat tax keeps it fair. Everyone pays the same percentage. No deductions, no dependents, no nothing. Just a flat rate for every citizen and business to pay. That is fair. That is equal. It would also cut billions from the IRS section because it would be so easy - you either paid or you didn't. No thousands of pages in tax codes. Simple effective and fair. Support your leaders that support a flat tax rate.
