People staring

In todays society I would be a little sketchy with someone that is staring that badly. I would say the best thing to do would be to ask him but you also don't want to put yourself out there is he happens to be some pervert or someone dangerous. If you take a chance and make him aware that you know he is staring it can turn out in two ways. One would be the good way where you ask him why he continues to stare at you and he tells you he likes you or something and stops or two you ask him why he is staring at you and he doesn't say anything and continues to stare at you but now knows you know he does so it makes it more creepy.

since he stares at you theres most be something so best thing you do is to approach these guy in a nice way and ask him why he stares at you and whats the problem...
