Those who believe that "leaders are born" are those people who ensures that the upper-class continued their domination of life and doesn't stand up to any close scrutiny. While those who believe that "leaders are made" are those military-life concept which tells that the leadership can be taught and that if people are given the right opportunities then they can develop into effective leaders. Why not just combine the two? I think its better to say they are somewhat born and made. For you can't develop something that is not within you. I do believe that each of us has the skill though we vary in levels. It's just there waiting for you to discover it and cultivate it. At the same time, you can't just let that gift get rusty. You must develop it through a never ending process of self-study, education, training and experience. Thus, to inspire your workers into higher levels of teamwork, there are certain things you must be(that's within), know(which is acquired) and do.

true leaders are both born and made. why? how can they exist in this world if they're not born? and how can they become true leaders if they're not made? Just like our lord Jesus Christ, we all know he is the number one true image of a true leader. His teachings and principles are handed down through generations. His life story is very well known to almost all people in this world. Jesus Christ is born, we know that, and he is made as well. Through the guidance of God, as he grow up, he learned and taught the ethics, character and value of a true leader. That's what it mean of leaders are made.

leadership is born when it is groomed in the ways after birth by birth no is criminal or no one is king birth determines the easiest or nearest path to which individual will fall it dosenot depend upon one's liking as a doc will want his son to be doc similarly a leader wants his succesor so he will reduce the other options such that his son becomes a leader family matters but certain exception deny this thought.
