Refunding Task Money

I added fund (10$) to myLots tasks. I have used the "contact us" forum to get me those bucks refunded as I am no longer using this task system. I received an auto response saying that they may or may not reply based on the issue I raised. I did not hear from anything from them then.
Any idea who can I contact regarding this?

If you received the automatic response then they have received your request.
How long ago did you contact them?
Give them a reasonable amount of time and then contact them again is the only advice I can suggest.
