DIY=Do It Yourself. Well, i am in India and i am sick of the prevailing corruption and scams. Presently i have some commitments, so am only interested in saving money.. One thing for sure i know is to get things in shape in this country, i need to know the constitution and Law in and out. But my dilemma is whether i should take out time and finish Law degree myself or hire people to do the job for me after my commitments are over. The job will be file cases against the corrupt people and corrupt procedures and try to do my bit for the country.

Where there is corruption in a country, it usually permeates the legal system also. What if you end up hiring corrupt people to fight against corruption? It won't work. So, I think you're better off doing things yourself. You'll still be up against a lot, but at least you know for sure that you yourself are not corrupt. Alternatively, if you do rely on other people, you need to keep a close eye on them and always be vigilant for corruption.
