How is media affecting your life?

I know this is a silly question but whether we like it or not, media has done so much to influence us people before we even know it. Though it had brought us so many advantages, media will always affect our lives down to our very privacy. Now tell me your opinion about this. :)

Hi zipdez, welcome to mylot. You are right media does influence a lot in our lives. I watch a lot of TV news daily with my dad and I have seen him always complaining about the news read. He says that the news channels are just discussing subjects of politics in a biased way. They always favour a political party and talks against the other. I don't know much of the politics but ofcourse news do provide me much info to me. They are also taking an immense interest in looking to our privacy. I have seen a lot of news stories always discussing about some people's private life and all. Its disgusting! :(

yeah it's one thing i really hate about media coz they're always crossing the line and the only thing that they use as a reason is for the people to know it but they don't care about the ones they are stepping on, so yeah it has its ups and downs.

i hate showbiz.i hate it when they make a big deal out of something so irrelevant. media sucks.
