It depends on culture and upbringing. In some countries it hardly matters whether a girl is virgin or not before marriage and in some countries people think losing virginity before marriage is bad and against the society. Nothing right or wrong here just the way of looking at life. If someone wants to be in safer side and that's why doesn't want to be physical then I'm sorry to say he/she doesn't love. In love you always trust.

My comment is she is a lady. very hard to find nice lady's like that she is a keeper. that means she will never chat on you .
