Does anyone knew a simple science project?

What about allowing her to see what a plant does when there is the absent of a main ingredient to its growth. For example place a pea between wet newspapers and then place it in a bottle and put in under the bed for some days. For contrast prepare the pea in a similar fashion but this time place it near the window. Note the difference. Do it and report and enjoy!!

How old is she? About 11 years old? I wonder if she is interested in human brain, if so perhaps she can read some literatures about brain, and made a brain modal. Brain has different parts, and different part implement different functions. She can try to combining several fractions into a whole brain.
