security tools...help me remove it from my computer

i have a problem with my computer...does anybody know how to remove this security tool from my computer?

If you can't open control panel and use run, there's a high probability that it's a virus. One time I downloaded a program, I think it's police virus scan? I mistakenly thought that it was a message from a program I installed, and I continued it without reading. The problem is I can't open my control panel, run, and other things so I ended up formatting it again. LOL. Hope it helps.

well... i guess formatting is not the answer of my problem...but thanks anyway people i already found the answer

There are a lot of security tools especially in Windows. So if you're problem is on the User Account Control (UAC) pop-ups, i'll post to you a site to help you disable it. visit this site, and on the October blog archive, select the "Are you tired of the UAC popups in Windows Vista?" www.pcloverstalk.blogspot.com I hope it will help.

the problem is i can not uninstall the software because i can not open the control panel, i can't open run program either...im using windows xp...

See if you can find it's name in the add/remove program in control panel, or find the program in the all program in start menu. Otherwise it will be more complicated

i can't open the control panel,no icons on the desktop,run program also don't open....this scum is making me crazy and i don't want to end up formatting..
