It is not easy to learn a new language but we all learn a new language with different reasons. Some may just learn it for fun, others will learn it for work.I took French once because I need it to graduate for University degree.Frankly speaking,it was really hard for me! Another fun language learning experience was from my work many years ago,I had to learnt sign language in order to get my job done.If you can tell me your reason and expereience for learning a new language,it will enrich my life and it will also enrich the life of anybody who will particpate in this discussion.Longing for your sharing?

for me, i think it is really hard to learn a new language,we start to learn english from junior high school, because it is quit easy to learn and all of us fell very fun.as the times go by,it is not easy but awful, the words is very difficult to remember, the accent is hard to flowing up,the listening is toward bad to know the meaning.after learning more than ten years,my learning weren't improved.fortunately, due to it is necessary to be used in our working place, so that some easy words which was appeared frequently,i remembered.everything would be easy if the language is useful in daily life.good luck and have a nice day!

haiershen, thank you for your response.I think we all have different experience in learning a new language. Some might start in an easy way, and turns into some difficulties later on.Some may have a reverse experience. Some may be a genius in learning a new language .Some may not be suitable in learning any new language at all.But stiil, your experience do tells a truth in learning a new language : practise and use it often will lead to improvement.Thank you for your sharing and have a good day.

Hello wildlittlefan. I started to learn English in my junior middle school. It was required for us all to learn English at high schools back to then. Later when I was in senior high school, I knew that I love English and would continue to study it at college and would be very happy to begin with my job as a teaching career. I think that it is fun to learn a foreign language if you like it...

Thank you for your comment and thank you for chosen English. That's why we can communicate in mylot right now^_^.I agree with you that it is fun to learn a language if you like it.There are some languages in this world that we will probably never try to learn it.I am so afraid to learn a language that requires you to roll your tongue often or use your throw to voice up.It looks very difficult for me but maybe you can do better than I do.
