this one of the best cookies that you can make fast and easy. all you need is 1 cup of sugar , 1 cup of peanut butter , and 1 egg mix all together and roll in to spoon size balls wet fork and push down on the balls , making a cookie. bake 8 minutes at 350 deg. enjoy.

I don't bake but with your easy to concoct recipe, I might try cookies for a change. Thanks for sharing.

hi linda 1959, I have had these cookies and they are so delish!! They are very tender, and melt in your mouth. So very easy to make too. Thanks for the recipe!!
