Hi! I'd like to know about how strong you are! Not to know who is the strongest, but you know, to compare and talk about how incredible some people are! Personally, I curl 55's, bench two plates of 45's, squat 4 plates... How about you? What is your strongest bodypart? Which one do you prefer to train? I prefer to train my back because it makes me feel so big... I love it.

triceps workouts - smash size into your triceps
for triceps, your workout should hit the three heads, lateral/medial & long head, doing triceps after chest or back is old school so you should work your triceps on a separate day inorder to achieve a better result. THE WORKOUT: close-grip pushdown-warm-up, remember dont'drift your elbow too far forward just keep your elbow tucked against your turso throughout the exercise whie controlling the weight, at the buttom of the exercise, push the bar toward the ground by dropping your shoulders slightly, this give extra squeeze and increase peak contraction. next workout is heavy-hitters, close-grip bench press and parrallel bar dips or bench dips. close-grip is great exercise for hitting the three head just remember your hands about 13 inches apart, bringing your hand too close together increase the strain on your elbows and wrist. dips, also hits the three heads, lower your body as far as possible in between bars, don't stop 'till you biceps make contact with forearms, this important to get the full stretch in your triceps. now your last exercise will lighter, lying dumbell triceps extension...OOOOHH HHHHAAAA!!
