is it true that eating hamburger could possibly leads you to a stroke?

i have read a magazine that eating in a fastfood chains could lead you to have a stroke, like hamburgers..and the first thing that enters my mind is to lessen the intake of it..is their other concern out of it? its something to think about..:)

...Of course theres dangers in eating out, lol. Fast food restaurant products are usually high in fat, cholesterol, sodium, empty calories... It really inst the best thing to put in your body period. Not to mention the preservatives thrown in so they can mass ship the food and store for long periods of time. If its not char-broiled, its even worse. The burger just cooks in its own fat. Its a hard trend to break these days, but if you do it you'll feel so much better. Even cutting back on soda makes a difference. Hard, I know..I used to drink Dr. Pepper one after the other xD but ever since Ive moved on to a more healthy side of me, Ive been feeling so great :D
