Yes there are 4 sites that I belong to that pay 2 cents for each email. Minimum pay out is $30 so it takes a while to reach. It is much easier to reach pay out n the traffic exchanges. I'm a member of both inboxdollar and sendearnings. Both these sites have paid e mails and with no timer. They also offer surveys and cash back shopping. The cash outs are 30.00 but they are legit.
