Help me in java programming.please give me answer in detail.

Hello I am new in java programming.I want to know do i get them to make them work on another computer.for eg: in visual basic we can make aaa.exe easily and get output and can run it on another computer but i did not know this for java.I am using netbeans as my environment. thanks.
