How do you deal with stress?

Stress can be caused through many reasons such as work, children, sleep and many others. If you are under stress or have been... how do you deal with it as some people can not deal with it and start to have issues. Stress could can cause you to lose your job, you sleep and quite likely your life! I am not under stress that much and if I am, I try to sleep it off or just relax in the bath and just let the stress melt off my body. How do you deal with it?

Well, there's quite a few things that I do, in order to deal with stress. I might talk about it to my husband, read a book, do some meditation exercises, just to name a few things. They don't always get rid of the stress entirely. However, doing these activities do help at least reduce some of the stress and help me focus a little more.

when i get stressed,i just listen to my favorite music, and then sleep. sleeping is the best cure for stress since you'll get relax and energized after sleeping.

If I am stressed, I just pray and give to GOD my problem and ask HIM to guide/help me to solve my problem. Or if there is no solution at hand, I just lay it to GOD and go on with my life.

stress is purely a state of mind in my opinion it doesn't really exist its brought on by your own circumstances. I went thru a bad time when I was young and didnt know how to deal with life in general. Now older and wiser I don't get stressed now as jobs aren't important etc etc what is important is family and friends and your health. If I feel like am getting stressed I take a step back look at my 3 kids and forget about anything else that really isnt important. My mate lost his job few months back and got upset and stressed about money but he came round by looking at his family and thinking its only a job he is now working p/t in a bar and spending more quality time with his kids. Every cloud has a silver lining its just some people dont see the silver lining.

try some soft music or chat with old friends discuss with them ur feelings u will feel much more relaxes you can also meditate
