Should free music downloads be outlawed?

The past few years have given way to a heated debate about whether downloading free online music is legal.Some,especially record companies and singers,think it's theft,while many others regard the internet as a public library and hold that users are justified in using the free resources.What do you think/

There is nothing free in these world. How hard singer and musician work to create a unique music. This should be banned. Music can not be free.
