What to do when youre suffering from hair fall ?

My hairs are falling and i am afraid its something with heredity as my dad has a bald head too . Its not too late for now and i was thinking about doing something but there is no good solution in my city . what should i do ?

nothing will stop your hair falling out,anyway i think bald is sexy,and a lot of other women do to
