I am unemployed and need to make money before February 2010

I have done everything I could to make money online. I have tried PPC, PTC, every bux program, I have bought every money making program, I tweet, have affiliate programs set up, I have lots of blogs and webpages but I am only generating about $10 a month. How in the world am I suppose to replace my income before February 2010? That is when my money will run out and it is hard to find a job in this slumping economy. With all seriousness, I need to find a mentor who can show me how to make some decent income and not just 1 or 2 cents; or at least share a secret technique so I can monetize the 60 something blogs I already have in place. Any advice you could give me would be greatly appreciated.

My one advice is to stay on this site. You can make $10.00 or more if you try hard here. Another is to find something your good at and offer your services for a small fee. This can be online and offline. It's going to be hard to obtain a replacement income by February 2010, but if you can mix online and offline endeavors it should work.

Thanks. I do have little bits of income all over the place but just not enough to cash out. I am sure if I total all my straggly bits of income I have probably made a few dollars to account for, but my only consistent paycheque is from my Squidoo blogs which I am very grateful for.

Mylot is a great site, I say $10 minimum but last month I accumulated $30.00 ofcourse that was over a two month thing, but you can't rely on my monetary gain as I have been known to procrastinate. Good Luck in all your endeavors.

Thanks Jabaz007, my skills are poor in most areas of the technology arena but I have checked the site out and see that there are some data entry jobs on there like you mentioned so I will keep my eyes peeled out for something I might be qualified for. Thanks for the resource.

Have you ever tried writing articles for money? It seems you have a good command of the English language and I feel you would do fine with it. I belong to "Textbrokers" and write for them. I am completely new to the world of writing and they take on new people without too much fuss at all. They have ratings for people anywhere from 1 thru 5 and the higher the rating the more you make. The 5's are professional writers. I am a 3 so I make $.01 per word, so if there is an article needed that is 500 words, I make $5.00. It certainly is getting me through since I am unemployed also and the extra cash is welcomed with open arms. If you're good and fast at researching you could probably pull in a decent amount of money. They pay twice a month through Paypal and I have already received a check. They are also quite well known and very legitimate. You might have to wait a couple of weeks before you hear if you're accepted as I'm not quite sure if they are taking people right now. It's sure worth a try. And there is also Associated Content who also takes new people. There are two other websites I can direct you to as far as how to promote your blogs. One is basically a women's website but believe me when I tell you there are plenty of men on the forums too. It is.....www.wahm.com....sign yourself in and join, it's free and you don't have to post anything if you don't want to but feel free to ask questions if you'd like. It is full of advice on work at home jobs and businesses and everyone is willing to give advice. The other website is.....ratracerebellion.com.....which is full of work at home jobs and also very legitimate. Good luck to you! Oh yes, I "AM NOT AFFILIATED" with these sites.

That is great information. Thanks very much. I truly believe we need to support each other so if you have an affiliate program, I might as well join under the person who offered the information. I will check out these sites. i am glad you have had some success with them.

Aww Thank you but I really am not affiliated with any of these websites. The Wahm website is for advice and information. That's where I learned about all the different jobs and writing..the forum is fun there, you'll like it. And Ratracerebellion is basically all work at home jobs that have been checked out for legitimacy. And Textbroker I just write for but there is no affiliation links for them. But, please, other than Textbroker, always research any businesses or work at home jobs you find thoroughly for yourself to be safe. Good Luck again and maybe I'll see you over at the Wahm site!

Thanks again. You know what I noticed from all the advice that I have been given on here is that you need to be a US Citizen for many of these sites. Arrgggghhhh! I love being Canadian but gosh darn it! It is a setback to making money online. I looked at Ciao, Textbrokers, MTurk and many other referred sites, and so many of the terms and conditions state US citizen only. Yikes!

60 Blogs That is a lot, most people have trouble maintaining one let alone sixty. I would just concentrate on one or two blogs if I were you. Try Adgitize, they paid me yesterday so they are legit.

Adgitize, huh? If I've found the right site, it says they pay for writing blog articles. How does that work? Do you sell the articles to their site?

Thanks I will try that. I have never heard of Adgitize before. Yes I have lots of blogs so I can build up my backlinks. I wish it was actually working though.

I would recommend signing up to some survey sites also. I am a member of many, too many to mention to be honest, and I am lucky that I make a fair amount from this. It's not enough to pay the bills and stuff but I am able to buy all the CD's and DVD's that I want, buy a Nintendo DS and games, days outs, weekends away, books, cinema visits and meals out. This has been amassed over 3 years and I do find that I spend an increasing amount of time filling in the surveys but I am able to do them in my own time whilst watching TV. Why have you bought money making programmes? I always stay away from anything that would cost me.

I can't believe you've only ever had sweepstake entries from surveys. I'm not saying that I never get them, but I get enough points/cash depending how the site is run to get a few goodies. If I were you I really would give surveys another try. If you want any pointers on which to try, send me a message and I can tell you a few to try. There not for everyone but they can be a quick and easy way to make some cash.

Hi cher913, I have made alot of money on Ebay but I was tired of buying shipping supplies and packing up my house with a whole bunch of product. I have only tried one task so far on mylot but I will keep looking out for more. I do alot of writing. You will see some of my blogs on my website. I just need to keep working on those and getting more focused. Thanks for your suggestions

My wishes for you to overcome this tough period. As my helping hand I would like to mention that you should shift your focus to writing articles and selling it via internet.Make use of those conent writing sites. Secondly I would suggest you to get enroleld into few survey sites like ciao, lightspeed which will keep your cash inflow at an optimum level. Last but not the least explore chances of some part time focus group members as they pay really high.If you get some good focus group it would be really nice earning avenue. Hope these tips help you to make extra quid...

Thank you for your suggestions. I have joined all the focus groups I am aware of in my region. I have been to a few really good ones too. I believe I am enrolled in the survey sites you have mentioned. I will take a look at them again. Thanks

Nothing can really compare than having a regular job. Making money online is really a difficult thing. Your spending a lot of time on these sites and yet you're just earning cents. If you really want to earn money, you must try some alternative ways other than doing online jobs.

Hi, i'm sorry about your situation. i too need to be making more money by june of next year thats when i have to start paying back my school loans and there is no jobs out there that are going to pay me enough. plus my hubby and i want to have kids soon, so theres another expence. i say just dont give up on looking for a job, keep puting out resumes and filling in applications. look for side work like babysitting and cleaning. anything that you have a strength in you can go with that. i hope you find some thing that works for you.

Don' run after more offers, I have found half of them give you only measly income or none at all, best is to find a regular job but otherwise stick to this site you can earn good money here if you work hard, I have seen people earning more than 50$ here in a month. but nothing can replace a regular job.

Dear friend, I hope that being in some reliable paying sites would give a great result rather wasting time on other sites. May be here in mylot if you put your full time and better contributions you could earn a better amount. Just be only in mylot every day for just 5 hours or more and giving reasonable responds and topics I hope some amount could be got every month.

Hmm.. I've learned the hard way that online money making can't cover for all the offline needs. It can never be higher than the real job. I'd suggest you stay doing what you're doing online, then go for something offline. You could sell foodstuff or preserves or just buy and sell things in real life. You should not stop looking for a job if you're really serious enough to beat your February 2010 deadline. Good luck!

Hello! I think you should stay on this site. The earnings depend on your efforts in posting new discussions and posting response to it. I am still new in this site but I am enjoying it.

Hi, I also say that mylot is a great site.I think you should try to respond/post discussions on a daily basis. You can do this for atleast 8hrs or 10 hrs, ofcourse hard work. You may be able to earn atleast $10 a month.Happy mylotting to you.Thanks.
