I have a recipe for tiger pumpkin. BTW It is like any other pumpkin The outside shell coloring is the only differenc. Here is a great tasting recipe I have that my late grandmother gave me. Pumpkin Spice Bread Ingredients: 2 cups Unbleached Flour 1 cup Brown Sugar- packed 1 tbsp Baking Powder 2 tsp Cinnamon 1/2 tsp Nutmeg 1/4 tsp Baking Soda 1/4 tsp Ginger 1/4 tsp Cloves 1 (15oz) canned Pumpkin 1/2 cup Skim Milk 2 Eggs Whites- whipped 1/3 cup Fat-Free Sour Cream Directions: Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare bundt pan or loaf pan with cooking spray and set aside. Combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cloves in large mixing bowl. In medium mixing bowl, combine pumpkin, skim milk, egg whites and sour cream. Spoon the pumpkin mixture into the flour mixture and mix just until moistened. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 60 minutes. You can make pumpkin soup or even fry this pumpkin. Not only is it tasty it is also healthy and a cancer fighter. With a few changes this recipe can be eaten by dieters or diabetics. Bon apitit`e

I forgot the most important step... When using fresh pumpkin. Cut the inside meat of the pumpkin into cubes and boil until tender. Beat with mixer to form a smooth but sturdy mix. Then follow recipe directions.
