The question about my umbilical!

So I was playing with my umbilical by making a cool sounds with my nails. Today a day later I saw that I got red/white thing inside and some blood came out. My question is, should I worry? Did anyone else was as smart as me? Should I just let it be and hope for the best? Will everything come out of me through the umbilical?
