MyLot Icon in Forums, how to?

Hi everybody, does anyone know's how to add icon(avatar) to my profile. Because I don't know how :(. It is really killing me to see green thing, not my avatar ;D. I saw a lot of people who don't know how to do it,or they like that green thing? :D
