Do you eat on time?

Hi there,Every one need eat and drink.Three times in a day,breakfast,lunch and dinner.Do you eat on time.i know some people only do breakfast and lunch,they does not dinner.I breakfast at 7 o'clock a.m and lunch at 12 a.m.Tha at 7 p.m,take dinner.But sometimes,I didnot on time.How about you?Share here,please..Thankyou.

sad to say but i do not really eat on time that is why i'm very thin . There are some days, especially weekends and Wednesdays that I wake up at 10am in the morning. oh no~ breakfast had been skipped. then I would take Brunch instead. but that wouldn't satisfy me. Sometimes also, at night, i skipped meals at 6 or 7pm. that would make me eat in 9pm to 10pm which is a very bad habit! whoo! when will i go fat? huhuhu. I think my status is getting worst.

Hi..good to know that you aware about your bad habit.So,just keep trying to make your self to dicipline.I think We eat not to get fat but our body need it because we use our body to doing many actifity.it is way to love our self.I eat on time and I eat many kinds of food but I am thin,difficult to increase my weight but the important is I feel health and have energy to do many actifity.

Hello, for me, it is really depend. sometimes I eat breakfast and sometime not. I do eat lunch but not always on time, sometimes 12pm and sometime 2pm. but dinner always on time cuz I have to put my kids in bed before 9pm.

Hi..I need breakfast because I think it's most important than lunch.We start our life at the morning,we will do some actifity,so,We need breakfast.Anyway,thanks for response this discussion friend!.Happy mylotting.LOL

When I am at home I do keep on time but if I work I do not cause it seems to be harder at work due to the work schedule. I eat B-fast 6am, lunch 1 pm and 8 pm for work and when I have the day off I eat 8 am bfast, 11 am for lunch and 4 pm for dinner then have a snack at 7 pm. Thanks for sharing.

Hi.Thanks for response this discussion.You keep trying to on time.I have suffer stomach disorder.So,it will recrudescent when I did not eat on time.Maybe people doesn't concerned that when they did not eat on time often ,it could be make problem,seriously problem.

I work the graveyard shift so my idea of eating "on time" may be a little off. Breakfast is at 9PM, lunch is at around 3AM and dinner is at 9AM. I make sure that I don't miss a meal cause it keeps me going all day...or should i say all night. lol!

I am very strict about eating on time as otherwise I will have to face serious stomach burns!!! the main thing is that I cant wait to eat!!! I am a foodie and always hungry!!! hi hiMy food intakes are generally at an interval of 4 hrs. breakfast at 9,lunch at 1, snacks at 5 and dinner at 9! time is there or not, eat I will!!!

In the past four months, I havent had three meals on time for the busy work.Especially I always dont have breakfast because i get up too late to have enough time for breakfast. and when i did my job,i feel hungry which would distract my attention. lately i have quit my job and now i can manage my life systematically. i have every meal on time which can give me a healthy body.

It's hard for me to do things on time,ususlly having breakfast when others having lunch,for fall asleep at midnight.but today,we will take a exam,so get up early and have breakfast later.nice day.

i try to do all three meals as im an at home mom at the moment but there are many days when i forget to eat lunch and dont realise till its dinner time that i havent eaten anything. i also forget to drink enough during the day and usually find myself drinking like a fish late at night.

Hi Zhizho, I am trying my best to eat on time now and not to skip any meal. It is not healthy to skip meals without healthy replacements. It will make you weak and sick!
